His career has spanned both frontline nonprofit work and leadership roles at mission-driven tech companies, always with a focus on making complex systems feel more human and accessible. As a leader, he’s known for building strong, values-driven teams and creating clarity in times of growth. Chris lives in Indianapolis with his husband and their Lagotto, Luca. Together, they love experiencing the world and its many cultures, always on the lookout for their next adventure.
