Getting You Through Giving Season a Little Easier
It’s the most wonderful (and hectic) time of year for all nonprofits, so with giving season in full swing, the engineering team worked hard to bring you new integrations and improvements this month without causing a disruption in your flow.
Here are a few of the latest changes:
Streamline Your Marketing With the New ActiveCampaign Integration
We’re excited to welcome ActiveCampaign to the Humanitru family of integration partners. They describe themselves as a customer experience automation platform that helps nonprofits connect and engage with supporters — a great fit with the Humanitru mission!
ActiveCampaign automates many behind-the-scenes marketing and support processes to help you work more efficiently, but without sacrificing the quality of your supporters’ experiences.
Even More Accessibility Improvements
We added several updates to boost accessibility last month, but we didn’t stop there. To continue making Humanitru friendlier for all users, logos on Pinecone pages now have an integrated Alt Text field to allow screen reading software to describe the image to visually impaired users.
Another addition to help accommodate screen readers is the inclusion of field labels on online donation pages. These labels correspond with the ID of the form sections for an easier donor experience.
Humanitru accessibility also includes language. In case you missed our earlier announcement, Pinecone pages are now available in Spanish!
Save Yourself From Spam
We’ve added an extra layer of spam prevention on Evergreen pages with the addition of ReCaptcha! Users are familiar with the function of this element and accept it as a regular step in transactions, and studies show that ReCaptcha won’t contribute to cart abandonment.
