Integration with Latitude Learning is Now Available
We’re excited to welcome Latitude Learning to the Humanitru family of integration partners. Latitude Learning is a learning management system (LMS) that allows you to create, deliver, and report on training courses and programs.
Whether you’re offering your training internally to employees or externally to volunteers, community partners, an LMS can be used to help streamline and automate the process. The new integration with Latitude Learning allows your organization to automatically queue up a list of staff or supporters and enroll them in courses directly from the constituent reporting interface.
Humanitru users can easily check a constituent’s enrollment status, their level of progress, and other key data points that are automatically updated in Alpine every night.
This integration can be extremely beneficial for nonprofits that have learning modules and require course or multi-step training completion before individuals are able to work or volunteer with the organization.
Custom Scripts Become Smart Automations
Humanitru Smart Automations are the powerful workflows created using custom scripts that allow you to save time by tailoring triggers and automated actions for your organization’s specific needs.
How can you use Smart Automations with Alpine? Here are a few examples that Humanitru clients are using to save time and boost efficiency:
- If more than 1 Donation Action notes have Honoree Name: [Name], then add Tribute Campaigns: [Name] Campaign to the Donation Action.
- If the most recent Donation Action in any Tribute Campaigns: [Name] Campaigns is 5 years old, automatically archive the Campaign.
- Automatically unarchive a Campaign if a recent donation (less than 5 years) is made
