Fresh Reporting Filters, New Event Questionnaire Features, and Constituent Profile Photos   

New and expanded features were added this month to help give you more convenient and quick access to the data you need, and also to create more robust contituent records to help with fundraising and stewardship. 

 

Convenient Q&A 

Collecting specific data from event attendees through Evergreen questionnaires is now a more intuitive process. This user interface was reworked (thanks to your feedback!) to help your event planning and management flow as quickly and smoothly as possible.

 

Drag and Drop Alpine Constituent Reporting

Need to quickly and easily reorder constituent reporting filters? Your wish is granted! Rather than having to click buttons and arrows to move selected filters one level at a time, our developers have launched a super-helpful drag and drop capability that allows you to shuffle your reporting features with ease.

We loved how much of a difference this “small” change made during testing, and we’re sure you’ll love it, too!

 

An Easy Look at Lifetime Giving

Thanks to another Alpine feature expansion, it’s even easier now to view and filter constituents’ lifetime giving with the “Linked Actions Total” option.

This handy new filtering option eliminates the need to add sums from multiple report columns by totaling both hard credits and soft credits my selecting the option from a convenient drop-down menu.

Enrich Relationships With a New Custom Field

Alpine users can now add a photo to constituent profiles. Why is this helpful? If your organization relies on the support of volunteers, the ability to connect a face with a data record can help you build stronger relationships.

This new photo feature is extremely beneficial for nonprofits in the cultural arts space where database users have lots of face-to-face interactions with supporters and event attendees. Recognizing major donors and your organization’s biggest cheerleaders can both provide them with a more personal experience and improve their perception of your stewardship!
