Here is the latest round of product updates for July 2021.
Sample Pre-set Reports
We recently released five new sample pre-set reports that you can start using today. Just click on the pre-set report, and your constituents will be filtered immediately.
These reports are designed to show you various segments of your constituent base. We’ve also included a few creative ways to use this data for new donor acquisition and donor retention.

Sample reports include:
All Donors
This report will give you a quick and easy way to see who your donors are. With one click of the green “Include” button you’ll change the report to “Exclude” those who have donated so you can identify those who have not yet donated.
Using the “Create Email Segment” you can then push these two groups out to your email marketing platform (Mailchimp or Constant Contact) to craft the perfect message to engage with your donor base or to convert the others to active donors.
Current Donors
This report will show you all donors who have made a donation in the last three years. Keep in mind that you can adjust the date ranges however you’d like and save the reports for easy access in the future.
Lapsed Donors
Here we can see who hasn’t donated in a specific amount of time, which like all reports are customizable to your date ranges and needs. Keep in mind that some of these constituents may have attended an event that you held, but haven’t technically donated. Market your organization’s mission in creative ways via email and keep on it until you convert them.
Volunteer Donors
This segment of your constituent base is a very special group. They give your organization their time as well as donating to your cause. You can use this report to show them love via email or make phone calls to let them know how much they mean to you.
2020 Tax Letters
This report will show you those who have donated, purchased a ticket from an event, paid for a membership in the “Past Calendar Year,” and have not yet received a tax letter. You’ll notice the column “Transaction Log,” which captures all three revenue action types (Donation, RSVP, and Membership Payments) as well as address delivery line information.
