While we’re not ones for resolutions, we’re all for steady growth and improvement — and we work to deliver it all year long! Our latest round of new features aim to help you work safely and with more options for hands-on help than you had before. 


MinistrySafe Integration Now Available

We’re excited to welcome MinistrySafe to the Humanitru family of integration partners. MinistrySafe is a national and industry leader in sexual abuse risk reduction with a mission to protect children and those who serve them.

The MinistrySafe integration allows nonprofits to view and order background checks directly from their Alpine database. If volunteer screening is a regular part of your volunteer recruitment and management system, then this easy access to MinistrySafe can make the process much simpler!

Here’s a look at how users can queue a list of Constituents to run background checks from the reporting interface:


The status and a direct link of the background check appear then in the Constituent profile as a Note Action:



Additional Role-Based Permissions

Alpine now features new felxibility with a  permission level called Entry Only “Plus.” Users with this permission level are able to do everything in the database except see financial data.

Need volunteers to access your system for stewardship outreach? Event support? Now they can help with database tasks without revealing sensitive payment or accounting details.


Questionnaire Change Notifications

Have you ever had a supporter change their original responses in an event questionnaire only to have it cause hiccups (or worse) later? We’ve made sure there are no more changes falling through the cracks!

Now any time a ticket holder edits their questionnaire, Humanitru users will receive an email notification that includes both their original response and their new response to help ensure your event management data is correct and up to date.
