Dashboard Widget Entity Filter
New for January 2022, we’ve added functionality to our List and Chart Widgets that allows you to filter your action types by a Tag Group, Tag, Campaign Category, or Campaign. Where before you were limited to sorting by action type, this new function gives you the power to segment overdue tasks for individual campaigns.

National Change of Address Feature
Every year, about forty million Americans move their place of residence or business, but their old addresses often remain in static databases. As a result, mailings suddenly become undeliverable and engagement opportunities are lost.
The National Change of Address (NCOA) registry is the glue that helps keep you and your constituents together after they relocate. Scanning your supporter database addresses against those in the NCOA can help reduce undeliverable mail and wasted postal expenses — from your very first use!
If the NCOA address does not match the address on file, the constituent will be tagged as “[TrueNCOA] Updates: Date of Scan”. You then simply click the constituents who are tagged and update the constituent address.
This new feature is a powerful money saving tool in your organization’s ongoing outreach.
Hide Locked Users
We’ve added a quick-click update to your Settings! Check or uncheck the “Hide Locked” box to do just that: hide or reveal locked users. This can shorten your user list without altering your data to help you locate and edit active users easily.
