Integration with Aircall is Now Available
We’re excited to welcome Aircall to the Humanitru family of integration partners. Aircall is a cloud-based phone system that enables teams to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently. Integrating Aircall with Humanitru can provide numerous benefits to your organization and its stewardship capabilities.
Firstly, this new integration can streamline communication between your nonprofit and its donors, volunteers, and other supporters. With Aircall, links to recorded calls are automatically logged in Alpine, enabling you to easily keep track of all conversations in one centralized location. This can help to improve response times, ensure consistency in messaging, and enhance the overall donor and supporter experience.
Secondly, the integration can provide valuable insights into your nonprofit’s operations. Aircall logs in Alpine provide helpful call analytics, such as call duration, caller, and any applicable notes, which can be used to track the effectiveness of your tagged campaign’s outreach efforts.

Expanded Microsoft Outlook Integration
If you’re using Outlook to manage email communication through Alpine, then your duties just got a little easier!
Now available is the option for multiple keyword exceptions, giving your organization more flexibility in terms of what types of emails you want to be logged to their Alpine database.
Twilio Has Entered the Chat
This month we’ve added more power and flexibility for nonprofits using an integration with Twilio.
With mobile carriers changing the guidelines and tightening restrictions for mass messaging, Twilio has responded by offering free accounts to nonprofits. This means that your organization can now establish its own presence with Twilio and message supporters directly rather than having Humanitru as the sender.
