“Add to Cart” Capability for Purchase of Multiple Tickets
Your event participants now have an easy way to purchase multiple event tickets with one transaction. This means less friction for supporters during the shopping and payment process, and greater overall user satisfaction with your event experience.
We’ve installed a new button on your Evergreen event details page that you can simply click and “Allow” this feature for your event. When setting up and using this new feature, you should note that it is a per-event option that can be enabled on all of your events or on select events individually.
New “Last Note At” Column Addition
As with most of our platform additions, this one was driven by a customer just like you!
With our new “Last Note At” column in Alpine, you can run a report along with the “Last Donation At” column to determine if someone with a “Cancellation” Note Action has made a donation or membership purchase since their cancellation.
