Improvements to Boost Fundraising and Efficiency 

Our engineers have been hard at work once again this month to bring you more new features to help you reach your goals and reduce your headaches!

Here are a few of the most notable changes:

 

Volunteer Management

Two new fields have been added to volunteer opportunities that allow you to limit sign-ups and cancellations to a specified time frame to help in planning and volunteer coordination. See how easy they are to implement in this quick video:

 

 

P2P Fundraising Progress 

Want supporters to see an accurate measure of how your fundraising campaign is going? You now have the ability to manually add donations in Alpine to reflect in totals on P2P buckets so that the end-user facing amounts shown in Evergreen reflect check and cash contributions, not just donations made online!

Time-Saving List Sort

Evergreen now includes the ability to sort by event recency in listings, registrations, and reservations. This is helpful for when you want to see the most recent registrations first, or to sort listings by past to future or future to past.

 

New Survey Platform Integration

Humanitru now integrates with Alchemer to support more of your marketing, market research, and supporter care efforts. Alchemer (formerly SurveyGizmo) provides a full range of survey and feedback services that can be used with your consolidated data in Humanitru to help you segment contacts to improve communication, provide a better supporter experience, or simply to help measure the effectiveness of your campaigns.

 

New Linked Action Filter for Constituents

You asked and we delivered! You now have the ability to search for specific amounts of linked actions in Evergreen. This is handy when you want to run a report to show you those that have a certain dollar amount applied as a soft credit.

For example, if you want to send acknowledgment letters to those who have a soft credit of over $1000, you can now segment those supporters quickly and easily with a simple filter selection!

Trust us when we say that there are too many to list here, but our engineers have been combing through Evergreen to tuck in dozens of tweaks and optimizations to make your pages more user-friendly, flexible, and fast.
