“Action Notes” Levels Up Your Reporting Capabilities
We’ve added another filter to our reporting engine – Action Notes. You can now search all 13 of the Humanitru action types for any word or phrase. You’ll never lose the integrity of your data knowing that every single thing is now searchable. Forget to tag someone as a prospective sponsor but you know you entered it in the call note? No problem now that the Action Notes filter is here!
The Help Center Rolls Out
We’re excited to announce the official launch of our Help Center—bringing you answers to all of your questions with a self-search option!
To access the Help Center, click on your name in the upper right corner of your Alpine database and select “Help Center”. Within our Help Center, you can search for questions using the search bar or use one of the links to access all things Alpine, Pinecone, and Evergreen. If you don’t see your answer, you can submit a support request directly from the Help Center using the “Contact Us” link.
We’re thrilled to provide this self-serve option to you while maintaining our world class *human* support that you know and love.
